THREE DISTRICTS, ONE DESTINATION
The Avenue Creative Circuit is a new way to experience creative culture. #CreativeCircuit
First Friday on the Avenue Creative Circuit offers FREE access to monthly cultural events at museums, galleries, boutiques, artisan shops, restaurants, performance venues, and more. Events take place on the first Friday of each month, 5-8 p.m. year-round in the districts of Manitou Springs, Downtown and Old Colorado City.
View listings, locations and additional details updated monthly through our partnership with COPPeR – The Cultural Office of the Pikes Peak Region and PeakRadar.com: peakradar.com/firstfriday
The Solidarity Mobile Mural Project features temporary murals by local Black artists placed throughout Downtown Colorado Springs, Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. The project showcases the wide breadth of artistic talent and perspective among Black creatives living and working in the Pikes Peak Region.
The artwork in this exhibit reflects on the artists’ lived experience, their perception of beauty and their aspirations for the future of this community. We thank the Bee Vradenburg Foundation and all of our sponsors for their support.
Biking the entire Creative Circuit by PikeRide’s electric-assist bicycles takes about 90-120 minutes as a continuous loop along Colorado and Manitou Avenues or via the Midland and Creek Walk Trails.
Bus Service with stops throughout the districts are also available through Route 3 with Mountain Metro. We recommend public parking garages as an affordable and easy way to visit.
Walking Tour apps are available, too. Choose an option below for more information.
